It seems WIN98 has a PDOS95, and WIN2000 has a CMD that also seems to be a Chinese DOS. I wonder what version it is?

PDOS95 is roughly equivalent to an upgraded version of the old PDOS622. But the CMD in WIN2000/XP is only a DOS virtual machine, using a simulated DOS environment to run some DOS programs; it is not a real DOS.
