But when I use it to open .DOC format documents, they all come out as garbled characters. Some open normally under WINDOWS. But when I open them with it, it shows:
the file does not exist ,do you want to create it now After pressing OK, aside from the document name, nothing else can be seen. It appears blank.
Question: why does this happen? (Note: I have already loaded a Chinese-language platform)
