If what you need is a floppy disk that can boot to the XP on the hard disk, you can format a floppy under XP and copy the corresponding boot files to it, probably about 5 of them, I'm not too sure anymore.

What I want is a boot floppy, thanks everyone. I'll take a look. I already tried Super Boot Disk and it didn't work.

stezf: If you only want a DOS boot disk, why not try this standard MS-DOS 7.10 boot disk?
