Some time ago I was thinking about a question, but never came to any result. Please give me some suggestions.
This question is about TCP/IP. For example, LINUX has its own TCP/IP software. Can DOS have its own TCP/IP software too (other than MICROSOFT's)? After all, that belongs to MICROSOFT, so I'm always worried about copyright issues. A good free OS like FREEDOS can't be using someone else's stuff, right? Develop it ourselves?? But my own foundation is really not enough. Does anyone have any good ideas so we can look into it?
