Strongly proposed: let this forum organize a "DOS Source Code Analysis" project group!!
Let's stop going around in circles over "DOS boot disks"! After "DOS Source Code Analysis," we can then join forces with all the domestic experts to rewrite a completely localized OS. Many hands make light work; that would be hundreds of times better than "DOS boot disks"!

Not much point to it. More than 10 years ago, books on DOS source code analysis were already out, 3 volumes in all, more than 1100 pages, written by Guo Songshan. But judging from the "WIN98 Kernel Source Code Analysis" he wrote a few months ago, it's far inferior to the DOS source code analysis he wrote 10 years ago.

I think reading "Lions' Commentary on UNIX Source Code" is more useful for understanding operating systems. This book has been called an "unparalleled masterpiece," which shows its appeal.
