I need a DOS program that can directly dial out via modem and connect, and can send and receive files.
It would be best if it can be operated from the command line, similar to:

The receiving side runs the receive program and stays in a waiting state;

The sending side runs the sending program and can be operated directly from the command line,
for example: com_send.exe +电话号码 +文件名1 +文件名2...
