Everything is normal here.
The system is WIN98SE + DX81 + IE55SP2, and OFFICEXP is installed. It seems that your DIRECTX version is too low. |

I took a look. Although it's not a DOS program, it's also not a standard WIN program (the format is different from standard WIN programs). It can't run normally under my WIN2K. I can only hear the sound card and see the loading progress, but then there's no response. Later, I had to restart the computer.
