I installed ms-dos7.10, why can't I use defrag? It always says: "defrag has been disabled in order to support LFN and Fat 32 drives" How can I solve this?

Check whether your partition is in FAT32 format?

The last partition on my hard drive is NTFS, but I'm having it defragment the last partition. What should I do to handle it, reinstall?

The DOS version of DEFRAG does not support NTFS partitions. If you want to defragment an NTFS partition, please do it under WinNT/2K/XP+. But note that it's best to use the DEFRAG disk defragmenter as little as possible, because defragmenting may affect the disk's lifespan.
