Had nothing to do, so I dragged out an old machine and set up a DOS + Windiws3.2 platform. Since I couldn't find a network card driver for Windows 3.2, I had to settle for second best. After a lot of trouble I got a packet driver set up, used Arachne to get online, did a simple configuration, and it worked!
In order to read Chinese, I grabbed a copy of Lynx from the forum. When I ran it, it showed “Configuration file /dev/env/DJDIR/lib/lynx.cfg is not available. ” I'm a bit slow, so I'd like to ask everyone: what's going on here?
After that, I went to Lynx's home site and grabbed an original copy. This time Lynx didn't give me any attitude, but it still couldn't get online! I also don't know how to configure Lynx, and editing the cfg file directly is just too hard! (The fg file provided by an expert on the forum can't be downloaded.) So I'm asking again: how do I configure Lynx?
BTW: My network card is Legend DFE530TX. If anyone has a driver for Windows 3.2, I would be extremely grateful!!!
