I copied the installation files onto the hard disk and installed it that way, FAT16 format. I installed it after booting from the 98 startup CD. Does it need a serial number? After installation, it won't start and gives this message: INVALID SYSTEM DISK REPLACE THE DISK AND THEN PRESS ANY KEY DISK BOOT FAILURE INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER
Please enlighten me, experts, thanks. Urgently awaiting help

Win3X needs to be installed under DOS 6.x. Don't use Win98's DOS to partition, format, or transfer the system to the hard disk.

To install and run PWIN3.2, please do it under MS-DOS 7.10, not under 98 or DOS 6.x, especially not the former! The DOS that comes with 98 and MS-DOS 6.x both have poor compatibility, while the standard installation edition of MS-DOS 7.10 is much stronger. There is a download for the "MS-DOS 7.10 full installation edition" on the forum and website.

Thanks. I got it working by following brother waterz's advice 【but WIN32 really is hard to use, extremely hard to use!! It's much worse than WIN95. Because my hard disk has bad sectors, I can only use 100MB of space now, dizzy...】, and thanks to the moderator as well for the guidance
