I can't download winplay3 from the homepage, so I'd like to ask everyone what else is usable? Thanks.

Do you mean you can't download winplay3 online? Try downloading it here：http://www.iis.fhg.de/amm/download/mp3player/ If it still doesn't work, then your browser version is too low; please upgrade your browser. I suggest using a higher version, the higher the better.

As far as I know, there are only two or three MP3 players for Windows 3.x, but there are a lot more under DOS.

Under DOS, when you're listening to music you can't do anything else... Under win3.2 it can still work without installing the sound card driver, but after installing it, it says the device is occupied. My browser is IE5.5 :（ win2000+sp2 Can't open ttp://www.iis.fhg.de/amm/download/mp3player/ 404 - File Not Found The page you attempted to access was not found on Fraunhofer´s web site. You may have typed its location incorrectly, or it may have been moved, deleted or incorporated into another part of Fraunhofer IIS´s site.

Software like Seal and SETEDIT can play MP3s under DOS while you do other things. Then try downloading WINPLAY3 here: http://www.dcllabs.net/~seth/songs/wp3v23b5.exe
