This is probably version 3.2 with the Windows version included. Actually, the UCDOS version of Smart Wubi has only five files: one readme, one dictionary management file, and the other three, cwb.com, cwb.ovl, and cwb.ov1, are program files.

What daiddcc said is right. I uploaded all the files for both the Windows version and the UCDOS version. Friends who need them can use them. Thanks to daiddcc for the tip.
