The Geforce2 MX400 can handle ordinary 3D games, and the Shockwave SAC-131 2.0 speakers sound better than the vast majority of 2.1 speakers in the 100-200 yuan range. Spend a bit more on the case so it looks nice and the power supply is stable. |

Not trying to slam you!
This setup is trash... 410 can already buy an AMD1700+. Overclock it to 2800+. No problem even against a P4 2.66. Of course, if you want to compare with a P4 2.66, the memory and motherboard would also have to be changed. As things stand now. Duron 1.6 320 VIA KT333 350 256DDR 333 330 Do you know that with just those few parts together, it's actually faster than a same-class P4 2.0!!! |

But in terms of FPU, the P4 really does beat the Duron....

One look at DD and you can tell he's an INTEL FAN
but you really ought to change the way you think! Once the Duron 1.6 has its L2 modified, even a P4 3.06 can go play somewhere else! The first one is only 320. How much is the second one???? Hehe! |

For games, the Duron really is a bit better, but for multimedia, well.......
