I found a file called Datalight-ROM DOS 7.10 Revision 4.11.1305-Distribution Disks.zip. It is 1.9MB in size and contains most of the tools from ROM DOS 7.1.

But strangely, the rom-dos.sys and IBMBIO.COM inside are both evaluation versions. There is also a file called ROM-DOS.exe, and this one is a release version.

After analyzing these three files, I found that the main body is the same. IBMBIO.COM is just ROM-DOS.SYS with a COM file header added, and this processing is completed automatically during the sys process.
rom-dos.exe is ROM-dos.sys with an EXE file header added. Based on this principle, I processed ROM-dOS.EXE to make a boot disk, but unexpectedly it took up too much memory. I don't know the reason.

If anyone needs it, give me some space and I'll upload it..

I already have this so-called “full version” (actually it isn't very complete, and many of the commands in it are rather old), and I also have the cracked IBMBIO.COM file. It was already included in that ROM-DOS 7.1 boot disk I made.

Why is it that this cracked ROM-DOS can't display help now? For example: if I enter the command del /? it says it can't find COMMAND.HLP. Is this because it is cracked? Can this problem be solved?

It's not because it is cracked, but because you don't have the COMMAND.HLP file. Just download one.
