I'm making a boot disk
using config.sys and autoexec.bat to make a menu
I want to add a logo (like Win98, adding a logo.sys file to the floppy disk)
I found that whether it shows or doesn't show seems to be related to the msdos.sys file
The problem is
if the logo shows, the menu doesn't show; if the menu shows, the logo doesn't show
Later I got it to show the logo and the menu too, but then it couldn't finish executing all the contents in autoexec.bat. It got as far as the virtual drive, and before copying files it gave the prompt Bad command or name
How do I edit the msdos.sys file???
Help!!!

You might as well take a look at the "Super MS-DOS 7.10 Boot Disk" I made. Anyway, I've never run into these problems while making it.

Sheesh, you don't know where to download it??? Aren't there downloadable boot disks all over this section?

WBAT is a bit complicated to use, so please say what function you specifically want to accomplish.

Hehe..
It can't execute everything in autoexec.bat. After it finishes working in the virtual drive, before copying files it shows the message Bad command or name
That means there is an error in your autoexec.bat....
