My answer is: 49 times the thickness of a single sheet.

It should be 2 to the 49th power times the paper thickness, because each time you fold it in half, the thickness doubles.

Obviously it increases at a rate of 2 to the Nth power, which is to say, the thickness of one sheet multiplied by 2 to the 49th power

There's one problem......
When you fold a sheet of paper in half......the paper's area is divided by 2.......no matter how big your sheet is.......by the time you fold it 25~35 times.....it'll already be very hard to keep folding it......
