China DOS Union

I want to implement a function like this:
When DOS starts, display a Chinese human-computer interaction interface, and then let the system execute the corresponding function according to the user's choice.
I don't know how to do it?

You mean a Menu System (menu system), right?

For a simple menu, choice.com is enough.
For a more complex one, use WBAT.
