In 2000 I don't know which service I ended the process for, and as a result I can't click anything on the desktop with the mouse, no right-click, and shortcuts don't work. I want to add it back, but I don't know how. Can anyone help me?
I remember it seemed to be some service called M***Man. |

Probably Machine Debug Manager,
in Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Component Services, use the keyboard to operate it |
