I'm using Win98. How can I prevent entering WINDOWS Safe Mode?

It seems not possible... once the system crashes, it will bring up the startup menu by itself..
If someone deliberately wants to enter Safe Mode, they just need to hold down the Shift key on the keyboard...

Restarting 98 back and forth several times can also get you into Safe Mode.

Use Notepad to open the msdos.sys file in the root directory of c:, and under the section add the line BootWarn=1. I think it was 1; if 1 doesn't work then change 1 to 0, I can't quite remember
