I want to compress scandisk and so on too, and put them onto a floppy disk.

Ordinary EXE files can be compressed with UPX
Very small ones can use DIET or ICE
SYS files can use SYSPACK

For large numbers of EXE files, it's best to use RAMDISK + UHA compression (recommended for 1.2MB and above)

Also, a file only needs to be compressed once
For example, directly ZIPping a file is smaller than UPX+ZIP!
Somehow somewhere I've got to choose.
No matter if it is win or lose.
