Preferably a mini small software tool
Not something like ucdos98 that runs under DOS I don't have ucwin, so I don't know whether it will work |

You can use RichWin, Chinese Star, or NJStar.

Chinese Star is too big, NJStar can't be used under English Windows, and I can't find RichWin

RichWin is probably several dozen MB. What I want is a Chinese-language platform that can run under Western-language Windows, and it has to be mini.
After installation it has to be under 8 MB (smaller than the SimSun fonts) and it also has to run under Windows. |
