I agree with the poster above, OP, please check whether there is a corresponding creation program on the USB flash drive's driver disc.

Is there any expert willing to make a GHOST file that turns a floppy boot disk into a USB boot disk and provide it for everyone to download?

Go to Netac's website and download its formatting tool. After installing it, there is a 1.44M IMA image in the installation directory.
If the off-brand USB flash drive you bought is 128M (with no switch on it for USB-FDD and USB-HDD), how does the system recognize it as USB-FDD or USB-HDD?
