I don't know under what system a DOS boot disk should be edited.
Every time after I edit DOS files under Windows, it won't boot.
Please, experts, give me a hand. Thanks.

If you edit it directly on the boot floppy, then aside from these three files COMMAND.COM, IO.SYS, and MSDOS.SYS not being replaceable, you can do whatever you want with the rest.
