After checking, the Mini-Windows 3.2 downloaded from the address the webmaster mentioned is the same as the one from Huajun Software Park;

There has already been an explanation on this forum: if the long filename function is enabled at boot, MiniWin3.2's File Manager will be in read-only mode. If you want to copy files, just choose not to use long filenames when booting up.
