Today, on a foreign website, I finally found a driver for the 3com 3c574-tx model under DOS. This driver is supposed to be universal for any 3com model under DOS (that's roughly how it translates, that's right).
But when I install it on my 586 laptop, I always get the following error: emm386 has detected error #3c in an application at memory address C78F:012A.To minimize the chance of data loss.EMM386 has halted your computer. (ps: my laptop has the hard-disk installation edition of w's DOS7.10 installed). I hope the experts can help me analyze this a bit, dd thanks you in advance here ![]() |

It's probably an EMM386 configuration problem. Check whether the driver documentation has any requirements for emm386?
Try removing emm386 and see. |

I tried removing emm386, but the situation was still the same. I've already changed it to DOS7.10+WIN98, and 3COM has a FOR 9X driver, which is very convenient, but I still have to thank you
