Under WINDOWS98 I changed the registry value:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\system\nodispcpl
to 1 to prevent Display Properties from being opened. How can I change the value of Nodispcpl to 0 under DOS? What are the exact steps?
Please, experts, answer this. Thanks.

First edit a REG file, then use REGEDIT under DOS to import that REG file.
