I installed your DOS 7.10 edition DOS, but my English is poor, and I haven’t used a DOS system before. Under DOS I want to use a Chinese interface, but after loading the Tway Chinese character support system I still can’t use a Chinese interface. For example: after loading Tway, the system says it has been loaded, but when running HD--COPY its interface is still in English. I don’t know where the problem is, or whether some other parameters are needed. Please advise!

I saw in Ge Mingyang’s article that under DOS, if you run Tway 3.2 first and then run HD-COPY, you can use the Chinese interface. What’s going on with that?

That way of putting it is extremely imprecise..
Niu Yunfei once Chinese-localized an hd－copy. If you load tw and then run that Chinese-localized version of hd, it can display Chinese..
