After booting with DOS 7.1, I can access NTFS drive letters, but when creating a GHOST file, I can't write it to an NTFS partition, because all my partitions are NTFS. I don't know what to do.

GHOST 2003 or 7.5, 8.0 fully support NTFS, no need for NTFSPRO.

It's best to convert the last partition's format and use it for backups
You can also make it boot to the main partition, modify the system settings, and have it restore the system automatically
