When I was using TC to make an interface and loading a BMP image, it compiled successfully, but the image didn't display.
Question: what kind of problem is this usually? I've looked up a lot of materials, and they're all more or less the same! |

I don't know whether the OP is using source code from some book. It seems like it was called something like "Standard VESAXXX" or maybe "C Game Programming from Beginner to Expert"—I don't remember exactly. I used it too, and there was no image either. Later, using the same principles, I rewrote the related code myself instead of using the book's code directly, and then the image appeared. I guess there's probably a problem with his palette-setting code.
