2000 is installed on drive C, in NTFS format
Drive G is empty, in FAT32 format. I want to modify the BOOT。INI file on drive C and set up dual boot for 2K and DOS. I directly put DOS 6。22 files in drive G, and added the relevant lines in BOOT。INI, but it still can't boot DOS. So now I'd like to ask all the experts, how can I make a dual boot when I've only COPYed the necessary DOS files? Because I have GRUB installed in the MBR to boot LINUX, I don't want to install DOS 7 either. Would that wipe the information in the MBR? |

Drive G is in FAT32 format, so installing old DOS 6.22 definitely won't work. If you want DOS, you can only install MS-DOS 7.10, ROM-DOS 7.10, or FreeDOS, etc. Given your current system situation, you'd be better off making a DOS 7 floppy IMG boot image, and then using GRUB to boot it directly. That way you can also see the contents of drive G.
