The following is a quote from sunny1979 posted on 2003-10-20 17:02:32:
In WIN98, what does the msconfig command become under WIN2000? Why doesn't msconfig work?
WIN2000 doesn't come with msconfig. Find the msconfig from XP, it can run normally under 2K.

Just copy it to c:\winnt\system32 and that's fine. Type msconfig in Run and press Enter. ok
Actually, you can copy it anywhere and just double-click to open it. But if you put it under system32, you can open it with "Run".
