Go buy a copy of "TC Programming Encyclopedia." For this kind of super-long source code, nobody wants to type it in.
(Also, you should really search online too; I've seen lots of ready-made TC graphics program code before.) |

It's troublesome to write, and rather long.
Can you narrow down the scope of the question a bit? For example, the bitmap file format and so on. |
