I used a Win98 disk as the base and made a DOS boot disk that can freely read and write NTFS partitions after booting into DOS. Not sure whether everyone is interested. Also, let me ask the moderator, how do I upload the image file? The file size is 2.81M

The image file is so big that it won't fit on a floppy disk. What use is it? And is it again using NTFSDOS 4.x or 5.0 to read and write NTFS?
