When installing Win98,
if you encounter the message "not enough memory," please remark out the TSR resident programs in the system configuration file Config.sys, and load the device drivers into upper memory to increase the conventional memory available to MS-DOS programs. Then rerun the Win98 installer.
Could an expert please explain how to do this?
