When it boots, a menu should appear (it would be even better if a graphical menu could appear), listing the names of the relevant DOS applications on the CD. As long as I make the corresponding selection, it should run the corresponding program. At startup it should load drivers for the CD-ROM drive, mouse, etc.
I'd like to ask everyone, how should AUTOEXEC.BAT and CONFIG.SYS be written? What additional programs are also needed?

Actually, you can use Windows98 to make a Windows98 built-in boot disk, then open the two files autoexec.bat and Config.sys. Refer to some related supporting materials, and with a few small changes you can achieve the function you want!
