I really want to know how this file is made. It can make a file that boots from a floppy, but for CD booting, I don't know the principle behind it. I remember sector 17 is supposed to contain certain contents, but when I opened the cdboot.bs file with WinHex, I didn't find those specific bytes. So I want to ask wengier how this was made, and also how cp437 and cp936 were made. They look like they were ported from Linux, but how were the tbl suffix files made?
