I'm a newbie, asking about the settings in autoexec.bat on the Super Boot Disk MS-DOS 7.10 boot disk. I don't understand most of it. Could some expert or moderator give us newbies a line-by-line explanation? That way us newbies can start flying sooner too. Don't you think so. On behalf of the newbies, thanks in advance.

Also, what kind of file is cloakfix.exe, and what is it used for? There's no note about it in the documentation.

When I first started, I didn't understand it very well either. Later, after getting to know a lot of DOS software, I found out that many commands were not DOS internal commands, and many programs were also very advanced, so naturally I didn't understand them before. Now I understand. I suggest you read more of the articles here and learn about some advanced DOS programs.
