I'm using a Brilliant Tianfeng max on broad sound card, with aiv 308? ac97 audio (shown under the BIOS on-broad clip item). There is no DOS sound driver program. At first I couldn't even get into DOS games, but after spending several days trying different methods, for example formatting the computer, installing Windows 98 SE, and also using the method provided on this webpage, putting device=x:\xxx\himem.sys and device=x:\xxx\emm386 ram in config.sys, although I can now enter the games smoothly in DOS, it still can't produce sound in the end. What a pity... Later I also tried downloading various DOS sound drivers from this site, but all failed.... I sincerely ask all you experts for advice, to save my desire, and that of a bunch of others like me, to play DOS games.... Thank you!
