It is said that DOS error codes run from 1 to 255. What error code corresponds to the following error message?

Do you mean the “error return code (ERRORLEVEL)”? This error usually returns 1.

Judging from this display, it seems to be returned when running a WINDOWS program under DOS; this sentence is after the DOS file header and before the PE file header.
