I've run into big trouble. My D drive used to be in NTFS format, and later, "under someone else's instruction," I used PQ Magic to change it to FAT32. Now it's a disaster: all files with Chinese names are completely unusable, and I can't even delete them. Scandisk can't find anything wrong either. The filenames all show up as ???.*. There is some very important personal data in there. I wonder if any expert can give me some advice on how to recover these files. I'm so anxious!
