The Chinese localization covers all games in the list, with cheats, with server and client; except for the client list, everything is in Chinese.
Winkawaks 1.60 collector's edition
This version is the fifth release of 145230 on the Pipaxing Forum. The difference between this version and the previous one is that some IPS files were removed, and for CPS1\CPS2, ROMS other than the main ROMS were removed. Some excellent HACK games were directly integrated into the Winkawaks list to run.
1. Supports IPS, supports HACK
2. Supports modifying game names (open the gamenahh.ini file with Notepad in the gamelist folder directory)
3. All games were carefully selected and only one main ROMS was kept for each, removing a large number of clones and other languages, and integrating 6 HACK games such as: Cadillacs and Dinosaurs competitive edition, Warriors of Fate II: Battle of Red Cliffs hidden mode, The Punisher red-man edition, The King of Fighters '97 optimized edition 2020, The King of Fighters '98 combo edition, Sengoku 3 blue edition 2012;
4. The King of Fighters 2002 and 2003 both have optimization patches for half-circle keyboard moves, so brothers using the keyboard no longer need to worry about pulling off moves.
5. Can be played online; as for how to connect, those who know can do it themselves, and no explanation for those who don't.
How to use the software
1. In the winkawaks root directory there are two programs: ipsloader.exe and winkawaks.exe
winkawaks.exe is the original program. ipsloader.exe has the same running interface as winkawaks.exe, the difference is that it supports IPS patches. Taking playing a modified version of Metal Slug 1 as an example, double-click the game on Metal Slug 1. If it is a game with IPS, double-clicking will pop up a dialog box. From there select and check the version you want, and after confirming it will run the modified game. If you select nothing and confirm directly, you play the original version.

For example: Metal Slug 5 multifunction edition, Metal Slug 4 The Last Bullet, Cadillacs and Dinosaurs God of Battle edition and Heavenly King edition, Warriors of Fate II expert edition, Captain Commando journey edition. People who know how to use this tool can add integrated HACK games themselves.
