How do I burn the “Super MS-DOS 7.10 Boot Disk” and the “Fully Chinese Mini-Windows 3.2 Boot Disk” onto CDs?

With EasyBoot you can combine the two onto one CD, and boot them separately.

It’s very simple. Just look through some earlier posts, or use Google to search for it. Reading NERO’s documentation is fine too.
