HZK16.GBK is compatible with HZK16, indeed.
The first half of HZK16.GBK is the same as HZK16, both are GB2312.
At offset 0x45080, it's 仭. (???)
After 侢 is 偂.
It seems that offset 45080 - 5C840 corresponds to the A1 - FE bits in the 81 - A0 area.
Later, you know.
Offset 5C860 - 7B320 corresponds to the 40 - 9F bits in the 81 - A9 area (no empty positions!) (maybe).
Offset 7B480 - BB100 corresponds to the 40 - 9F bits in the B0 - FF area (no empty positions!).
Hope all netizens ask for advice.

I heard that someone studied the rules of Chinese character dots in the past and used functions to represent Chinese characters. I think this direction is very good.

Not many Chinese characters, just aiming at the commonly used translated Chinese characters on computers, estimated to be hundreds to more than a thousand, can be realized by functions, and used when the computer hardware starts, which is the Chinese computer audience with a certain scale.
(In history, Chinese localization was a classic technological era, and finding the rules of Chinese characters at the bottom of hardware to replace the English space may be another level)
