Why not just boot into Windows? If you can get in, it means the mode is the same; if you can't get in and get a blue screen, it means the mode is different. Then just change the mode. How can you know the Windows settings just by looking at the CMOS settings?

In the third option of the third picture, "onchip sata type", try to make a change. I remember it should be AHCI mode. Also, you can try to disable the IDE port. But after modification, you may need to prepare the driver during system installation. It's better not to tinker with this old computer, otherwise the system may crash and not work.
