CTRL+J can only bring up the help menu, not the function menu.

CCED has function menus starting from version 4.0. Versions 2.0 and 3.0 do not have them. Various function operations are all completed through key combinations.

Yes, I just used CCED 4.0, and I can call out the function menu by pressing CTRL plus ALT. However, the menu is all in English. Is there a Chinese function menu?

CCED4 automatically recognizes the running environment. The English menu is displayed in the English environment, and the Chinese menu is displayed in the Chinese character system environment. But in cases where the Chinese character system cannot be correctly recognized, manual adjustment is required. You can press SHIFT+F4 to enter the first item of the settings menu to reset the Chinese character display type. Generally, selecting 0 or 2 can display Chinese characters normally.
