It's really annoying. There are too many methods. The following 4 commonly used ones are all - purpose for DOS, Windows, and Linux.
1. Open the img directly with winimg.
2. Directly mount the virtual hard disk with DiskGenius.
3. Load the software onto a floppy disk or CD image and load it into the system.
4. There are also advanced methods: virtual machine system drives the network card, opens ftp, or accesses the physical machine's http, ftp.

Yes, some can still be opened with UltraISO.
