I want to extract some information from a .psm file. There are many garbled characters in the .psm file, and the useful information is somewhere in the middle. What method can be used to extract the content to be used? Please help, great gods.

There is an attachment upload below, but you can only upload one file smaller than 131.072KB. Maybe large files need to be sent in parts...
