My internet café uses WIN98. When restarting, no matter how I press AIT+F5, it doesn't work. Please, moderator, talk about the usual situations. Our internet café has a restore card installed, I know that. Also, when booting, pressing HOME brings up "check administrator password". Is this related to entering pure DOS?

Do you really have to enter pure DOS? Then the only option is to crack the restore card..
