DOS stands for freedom, openness and progress. Let us work hard, learn from the openness and GNU spirit of FreeDOS and Linux, and together build and grow a free GNU GPL world!

The computers at the internet café can't enter a pure DOS environment, but I have to get into it to learn some things. Experts, how can I enter a pure DOS environment?

Tell us about the specific situation of the internet café computers, for example what operating environment they use, and by what method they prevent access to pure DOS, etc..

Moderator~
You know how it is..
We're newbies~~
If they use some method to stop us from getting in, then we don't know what it is either
And we'd be too embarrassed to ask
So
Moderator, please, could you explain every method
Please

My internet café uses WIN98. When restarting, no matter how I press AIT+F5, it doesn't work. Please, moderator, talk about the usual situations. As for what operating environment, I don't really understand that either~ honestly, I've been learning computers for less than a month, and I don't know what version it is, so I have to trouble you, moderator.

Our internet café has a restore card installed, I know that. Also, when booting, pressing HOME brings up "check administrator password". Is this related to entering pure DOS?
