My machine has an integrated AC97 sound card. Why does QV always say there is no sound card when playing songs under DOS? Please advise!!!

Admin, hello! My sound card driver is already loaded, and everything works normally under Windows. Does it need an AC97 DOS driver? But I can't find one. Please advise. Thanks!

The exact model is ALC201A, from the Lenovo Kaitian 4610 series.
